Refund policy

We have a no return policy.

Because our products are fragile, heavy to ship, and cannot be resold once used, Stallion Tableware carefully reviews all requests for returns, exchanges, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. We aim to handle every situation fairly while protecting the quality and integrity of our collection. All sales are final.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We take full responsibility for damage that occurs during shipping and will make it right as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or return in the case of damage or defect:

  • Contact us at Contact@stallionhotelsupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please include clear photos showing:

    • The defect or damage (close-up and full item view)

    • The outer shipping box (all sides)

    • The inner packaging

    • The shipping label (with tracking visible)

Items sent back to us without prior authorization or without photographic proof will not be accepted.


Refunds

If a refund is approved (for example, when a replacement is unavailable), we’ll notify you once the return has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Final Sales, Discounted Orders, and Gift Cards

Please note that final sales, discounted orders, and gift cards do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

However, depending on the circumstances, your order (or part of it) may qualify for an exchange or replacement. Please contact us for more information — our team will do its best to assist you.

Stallion Tableware reserves the right to assess, approve, or decline any request for a return, exchange, or replacement, and retains full discretion in determining the most appropriate resolution for final sales.
