Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.

Shipping Coverage
At this time, Stallion Tableware ships exclusively within Canada.
We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, volume, and delivery location.
We primarily ship via trusted Canadian carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post to ensure secure and reliable service.
Estimated delivery times:

Fragile & Secure Packaging
Our porcelain pieces are individually inspected and carefully packed using premium protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Stallion Tableware is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Stallion Tableware cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
